Head of Nannies

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Head of Nannies to lead and supervise the nanny team. This role ensures high standards of care, hygiene, and support are maintained across all age groups, while promoting a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for the children.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, support, and coordinate the daily duties of the nanny team
• Ensure all hygiene, safety, and care routines are consistently followed
• Monitor the cleanliness and readiness of classrooms and facilities
• Assist teachers during classroom routines, meals, and care activities
• Train new nannies and provide continuous on-the-job guidance
• Communicate with the management team regarding staff performance and needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a nursery setting, including team leadership
• Certificate or diploma in childcare or a related field is preferred
• Good command of English (spoken)
• Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills
• Caring, reliable, and professional approach to child care
