Class Teacher

 Job Description:

To provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children, guiding them in their early development across cognitive, emotional, physical, and social domains, while delivering high-quality education in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities aligned with the nursery’s curriculum.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that supports curiosity, exploration, and self-expression.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and development regularly.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and
  development.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety in accordance with
  nursery standards.
• Collaborate with co-teachers, assistants, and the leadership team on lesson
  planning and school events.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development
  programs.
• Encourage independence, respect, and inclusivity among students.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is a must Preferably in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written) is a must.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of early years development milestones and curriculum frameworks.
• Passion for working with young children and a nurturing, patient attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a professional demeanor.
